Boys and Girls,

Armed with some freshly cut raw, unbaked cookies, it was over to my disc sander with my small circle cutting jig attached, for a quick clean up,
of the sides and some manual labour on the edges,
with a disc pad.

IT was at this time my disappointment with my foray with the TCT saw grew when the sides just didn’t clean up to what I considered satisfactory... and the diameter of the supposed 76mm TCT,
seemed significantly smaller than the 76mm bi-metal.
Nevertheless that is not to say the 76mm bi-metal wasn’t bigger as I relied on my failing eyes and didn’t actually measure the diameters, as my decision to fire the TCT one was decided.

Not much to see other than the close up of my jig in this video,

used as the sanding jig.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
