I’m getting off shift Easter morning. Supposed to be a beautiful day in the 70’s here. SWMBO is teaching a couple classes in the AM, then I think we’re going to take her new camera out after lunch and let her work on some artistic shots. Should be a nice little Sunday.

Did Easter with my Sister, and her Family yesterday. We drove up to Columbus, my first road trip since getting the foot trimmed. It was kind of tiring, but we had so much fun, and laughed a lot, so it was really good. She did a Ham, had some chicken, and all kinds of side items, a veritable feast. I crapped out on getting back home, slept almost 8 hours straight, got up to P, and am sitting here now at 3:49 AM.
We have enough left overs we brought home, so won't need to cook today. Gonna go out this afternoon and mow for the first time in 2023.

I think I will attempt to rise from the dead. Been doing some fencing to prohibit donkey intrusions into where I dont want them, so a little sore here and there. Fencing is hard work.
Just a quite day here for the 2 of Us, dinner will be a bacon wrapped chicken breast, potatoes and a vegie. Spent last week with DIL, and in a few weeks headed up to Michigan to see more grandkids.
Rained all day here yesterday 2-1/2" and barley above 40* going up to the 60's today with each day getting warmer through the week. I get to mow the lawn after it dries out.
Saturdays and last night rain is over, but cloudy and a bit windy, 50 out. Eggs, ham, English muffin for Breakfast. Maybe a bit of shop time. Watch some of the Masters. Evening meal at the Son's and DIL. Not sure of the menu. He is a really good cook so it will be good. As you hear a lot in the south....Have a Blessed Day. Enjoy.
We are having a quiet dinner here at home. My wife is attending Easter services and I will soon be meditating in the Church of Woodshop downstairs. The rest of the day will be quiet and nice. Our kids are in Texas, Maine, New York, and Georgia. Spread to the 4 winds. I wish everyone a wonderful Easter, whatever your activities are. And don't ingest too many Peeps!
Pottz we going to Dimassi. It’s a Mediterranean buffet restaurant in Cerritos and it awesome. Just me and wife. The 90 year old dame has a good care taker to follow her to your dinner table.
