How does one reply directly to a comment rather than adding another general comment in the forum area?
I guess that would be a sub-thread?

you can quote it like this or just add your comment on a new line.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Quoted comment replies with mentions are coming. Separate reply-threads - I am not fan of those.

How do you get to the end of the long forums without paging thru 20 at a time?
ckick on (following replies) then when you get out and get back on you will go to the end. and when you come back it will always take you to where you left off.

I'm wondering if the OP was thinking he wanted to start a discourse with the poster of, or within a thread, but didn't want to do it publicly???

I'm guessing here, but I would suggest he click the poster of the info that he wanted to converse with, and send that user a PM?

Maybe I'm reading something into it?

Martin, you da man, and everything you do is forward movement. Thanks for the place to shelter, and share.

The only way I can figure out how to quote and reply is to copy and paste the text.
Am I missing something?
Looks like you’ve done it properly there. Copy the text, click the “ button then paste the text next to the vertical bar that shows up.

Try 21 at a time... just a tad quicker.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
