Just a big shout out and THANKS to Martin for the new blog series layout.
It’s like picking up a coffee table book.
I posted a rather long one last night and was amazed at how good the presentation is now.

Kudos Martin, for all you do!

What do I have to do to update my blogs to the new format?

I agree. The blog series format and navigation (the abbreviated TOC at the top of each post) is excellent.

The only suggestion I can offer (already sent to Martin in a PM) is a “next” link at the end of each post in the series (except the last one). That way, if you’ve just finished reading a long entry, you can quickly jump to the next one (instead of having to scroll to the top to do it).
Been waiting for this (and rescuing more of my old blogs) before I start adding them here, but seeing Paul’s this morning has me thinking I sure like what Martin’s done with the place.

May you have the day you deserve!

Not sure that any of my old blogs are really worth migrating, since they were mostly just for me to get ideas while doing a project, but the new format will be nice if I decide to start a new one.

Might be just for you Lazy... however, people have the choice to read or not read... I've found there are always hidden treasures in most posts even if the actual topic is not your cup of tea.

I doubt if I'll ever make a bowl and chose not to make any of my ignorant comments, however, I have picked up some decent finishing techniques (and others) that I might be able to apply elsewhere.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

I'm confused, the link Martin had is a different format to my hints blog series... are they interchangeable or need gender bending?

Thanks Martin, but is that something you have to do, we/I have to do?  Does it/will it replace the "current" format sumarised by the 1st. in the series?

The new format is applied automatically on all Blog series.
