Well I have all the cabinet carcase’s done and, all in line. I cut the top that will be attached to all the cabinet carcases to aid in weight distribution down through the cabinets evenly. Just think of it as a header that transfers down weight down studs (vertical multi-ply sides of cabinets). Any hoo, I started the face frames. I’m starting with the side that has all the drawers due to a lot of drawer sizes and needing to figure out spacing. So far I have (1) 11" deep (8) 5" deep (1) 3 1/2" deep & (2) 4 5/8" also a storage area that will have (2) raised panel doors. Im trying pocket holes on the face frames for the first time. I usually use my bisquet jointer. Well thats where im at for now. I’ll keep posting as I go on.
I do have to cut up more Hickory and thickness plane it down to 3/4". All my raised panels will be no less than 13/16".

The top cut out and lined up. Still need to cut in slots for expansion / contraction of the main top.
