In this series I want to show what different techniques I use to make my models. I appreciate comments, especially if you come up with another proposal to achieve something.

In this first episode you can see how I made the engine (hood) of the 2CV. Enjoy and let me know what you think about it.

THANKS FOR WATCHING.

Nice follow along Dutchy,

Figuring out how to do something you have never done is what makes a good challenge.

Thanks for sharing, great details for a person to learn how you do it.

I always learn something when you go through your steps. Thanks for sharing!
Complex, but very methodical!

Love the process (and envy the fresh disc on the sander without any burning!)
Dutchy, that is a home run!   After you and I spoke, I reworked the front of the 2 CV using that technique.  Perfect!  No tear out at all.  Thanks for sharing the "improved" process.  I am sure that will make many craftisians very happy with the outcome.
Regards
