I went once, years ago. As I recall, just bought some batteries for my cordless Dewalt tools and band clamps. Was interesting event. Â

Not sure if I'll go to the tent sale tomorrow but I did go to the customer appreciation day this morning. Found several deals that were in store only (first come type thing), plus a good deal on a scroll saw (at least I think so - that was $159). Â

And was able to see the Sawstop demo. That's pretty impressive, plus the rep gave me a couple ball caps - and I didn't even have to offer my hand for the demonstration (the standard hotdog was used). 😉 Not wanting to start a debate on tablesaw type, but I was glad I had a chance to see it in action. Pretty startling when it brakes, even with anticipating the accident. Â

They had some demos (bowl turning, carving, etc) plus the company reps. Everyone was really helpful and folks seemed to be having fun spending their money. 🙂 I know I did.Â
buying tools is about as fun as it gets, besides using them anyway !

Someone said some people were already getting lined up this morning for tomorrow's tent sale event! I don't think I can be that dedicated to a sale. Hope they get the deals they are hoping for!
