Thanks Larry I resisted because I didn't see nor understand what was going on. Then when I tried to get an issue resolved they (admin) just dismissed it and me. Anyway, I'll hang around for a while and see if I can figure the site out.

if you want to go to the last page on a long forum click on follow replies then get out, and when you go back it will take you to the last page without having to scroll through 1000 posts. once you get the hang of things this site is pretty easy to navigate.

Click on this . It should be visible at the top of the screen, even if you scroll.
You can also click on the Star following comments check box next to the submit button but you have to submit a comment for that to get turned on. Next time you visit the topic, it will take you to the next unread comment. Once you follow a topic, the little bell at the top of the page or floating in the lower right corner will pop up to show you that your followed topics have new comments.
