I am trying to make a coffee table for my sister But Kreg seems to have pulled a swiftie I have a Kreg and have had it for sometime However have a look at this :- the mis match is ruining my work Has anybody else experienced this issue, ?
Strange Rob. I've never had that issue but I also bought a ton of screws at the same time I bought my jig. Maybe they have re-designed it? If so though, you'd certainly expect that they would make it clear when you buy the screws what size drill they are for.
Oh Poo I had the wrong adapter in the jig, only realised when I gauged up all my stock And yes the are all genuine Kreg Screws However However when I checked the second Drill Bit I found the error that was staring me in the face. ..you #$%^&*@ dummy! Sorry about that chief.
No the issue I have is how I can successfully "re bore the pockets out. They actually went in but made a real mess.
I should go and stick my head in the sink 3 x times and pull it out twice!!
