Damn, so that's how you use a Kreg... I've had one for over 10 years and used it like a hammer... should have realised you don't hammer screws.  No wonder their support gave me a hard time.

 BTW you may have noticed I mentioned using Coarse Kreg screws for Ply and MDF (as per the experts), well a funny thing I could not find 19 mm or 3/4" coarse screws anywhere including on Kreg's site so a technical question has been raised with them regarding the matter.
