i cringed just reading what happened and with the pic's. i always hate flush trimming. main thing is keep the amount to be removed as little as possible, like a 1/16" if possible. when i did my G&G wall table doing the handles and some other parts i had some real scary catches !!! your parts are looking real good so far ross.
working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment,somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.
