Avid amateur woodworker for a number of years. Recently, my interests have turned to furniture making and precision CNC woodworking projects. That means applying CNC techniques to traditional mortise and tenon construction of solid wood pieces while staying well clear of "tab and slot" plywood stuff.
While not admitting to being a refugee from the old site, I prefer the website style and projects of Craftisian.

well getting banned made it hard to let guys know i found a much better place. no censoring or over moderation here mike. as long as we stay cool with no nasty language or inappropriate pic's he leaves us alone. martin is very pro promoting the work rather than the chat as lj's has become. lots of very talented people here. you'll see lots of ex jocks here too. many of us that got banned-lol.
