re: If you were to build a new shop

I was watching Jimmy Diresta and he's now talking about adding a sizable mezzanine or rather a full 2nd floor for his shop which is 40'W × ~74'L with pretty high ceiling.  It has me really wanting to move forward with.my project having promised myself things have to be done in order.  I HAVE to finish and paint the siding first.  I have to run power out there 2nd, then the mezzanine project can commence.
