The difference in table width is typical, not aware of any secret reasons other than going in is more important that going out?🤷‍♂️

The line seems to be a bit far down to be snipe, that usually shows up as a divot in the first 2-3".
I get what you show whenever the feeding of the wood ever stalls (slips on the feed belt) and the drum spends a few more quality time with the wood there.

Is it always in the same spot?

If so, measure how far down from the boards end. Take that measurement to your DS and measure from the lowest point on the drum. Does the measurement align up with where the outfeed table extension  starts? Could be that the front (leading) edge of the board is catching on that gap and being lifted slightly.
