I needed to build some more Birdhouses this spring as a couple came down during the winter. We usually have around ten scattered across 2 acres.

This one is made from Cedar and is unfinished. We try to add a little character to them. This one was put up two weeks ago and a very noisy pair of Wrens moved in this week.

Housing shortage all over, especially for short-term leases!

Is the cedar really that yellow?
Decoration is excellent as always and nice how you make the mouth function as an entry perch.

I love me some whimsy, and this is that. Pretty sure the birds just see a place to reproduce in. While I am pleased anytime I see a birdhouse, ones such as this always bring a smile. Nice job.
