Sara Lee Corporation acquired the company in 1984, and then in 2011, it was sold to SC Johnson. Reports state that the present owners intend to concentrate on the company's assortment of other items. Sara bloody Lee they make cheese cakes do they not. No wonder they sold it off. Almost as silly as Boeing buying a submarine contract from Rockwell!
