Think it’s more difficult than it seems at first. More involved than a few boards
The work itself wasn't so bad. The hard part is fitting to what they have. 
Walls tapered in at the bottom 3/8"
Ceiling line was 1/4 out of level. 
Measuring the cut outs to match the black laminate panel;  the panel wasn't mounted on the cooler, was just sort of sitting in place and the cooler wasn't centered in the hole. 
Lots of little adjustments that you don't see in order to make it all line up.  Pretty normal stuff I guess.

I don't think the slots at the bottom are enough to let the air in,  but I said my piece,  so it won't be my fault when I have to remake the kick or at least add more slots. There is a nice fan at the top to draw in the air,  we'll see.

Figuring out how to do something you have never done is what makes a good challenge.
