I'm an old retired Quality Assurance manager who likes woodworking of all kinds. I'll try anything once and if I like the results , I may make some more of 'em.
I started turning wood in 2005 and love it. I also like to do metal working- cutting, welding brazing etc.
I repair all kinds of things and modify many products including brand new products to make them work better or the way I want them to.

Hi Paul. I sure was disappointed with the new Lumberjocks but happy to see so many LJ's here! How are you doing now that you don't come to Arizona in the winter. Do you get much snow?
We had 2 ft of snow last week and now it is sunny and real cold. We leave on Saturday for Casa Grande!

Best to put the splines in first, then cut the top off. Making it that way you can cut a curve joint on the bandsaw for the top if you choose. It does not have to be straight
