I was invited by Rich to join and have been checking in a little so though I'd give it a try and see what I can learn and offer.

I've been involved in ww'ing in one way or another for 40 years.  My main interest is in furnituremaking using traditional methods of construction and joinery.  I have most all the machines but I like to focus on hand tool work.  I do some chip carving, too.  I've also done a fair amount of cabinet work, now I do as little as possible. :-)

I do this for my own satisfaction, to keep me busy, not for a living.  I am always interested in other people's methods of work and how I can incorporate them into my own skillset.
Hiya Robert!

Looking forward to your input and seeing your craft!
Come on in you will like it here. There's a lot of talent on here.
Good to see you, Robert!

Half of what we read or hear about finishing is right. We just don’t know which half! — Bob Flexner
