Just leaving this here so the next guy won’t have to fiddle-fart around as much as I did.
These are the dimensions of the ends of the miter slots on the HF Warrior 10 table saw. But since the table is aluminum, if you make miter bars this size, you will find that you need to take about 1/64 inch off the widths so the bar will slide the full length of the table (at least on my saw). Harbor Freight definitely puts the k in kwality.
The 3/16 is inside the track, and you can probably make it 1/8 with no problems.
