I just saw a popup on Craftisian saying they use Cookies. There is no option for them or way to opt out. Not very happy about this and other changes here.
Anyone really concerned about the huge number of sites proclaiming cookies, are an absolute necessity, should search this exact term.
"Are there cookie blocking software's?"
The little Genie in the bottle, otherwise known as the AI Overview will tell you yes there are, and most of them are names already known if you also block pop ups, and tons of other info sites foist on you, probably to make a few more bux.
Yes, there are multiple cookie-blocking softwares, browser extensions, and built-in features that prevent trackers or hide annoying cookie consent pop-ups.
Top cookie management tools include:
Privacy Badger: An extension by the EFF that automatically learns and blocks hidden third-party trackers while sending "Do Not Track" signals to sites. privacybadger.org +2
Ghostery: A robust privacy extension featuring built-in ad and tracker blocking that automatically "clicks through" GDPR pop-ups to opt you out of non-essential tracking. Ghostery +1
Consent-o-matic: An open-source extension that fills out and rejects cookie consent forms on your behalf, automatically refusing tracking.
Brave Browser: A privacy-focused web browser that blocks cross-site trackers and third-party cookies automatically by default. Proton VPN +1
I kinda love me some Brave browser, at least the free version, accepted at as many banking, and financial institutions as Goofle, without all the spyware Goofle makes you choke down.
Not sure if the links shown are clickable, but if you do the search on your computer they will be.
