Overall it looks great, but having had some Ho made sauce earlier in my life that had both carrot, and celery, I'm thinking my tongue would revolt, probably my taste buds as well. I guess I view them as non spaghetti sauce ingredients. Color of the sauce is very nice, and if your Wife liked it, that is an endorsement I always look for from mine.
