You also have a trailer Yeti. If I was closer I would be there just to get stuff to flip. Looks like it has good flip potential. A lot of that stationary stuff will go well below market just because a lot of it is at the size it needs rigging for most folks, but you have expertise in moving large trees and chit, so you could probably get it rolling homeward.
Much of it isn't move it today stuff, and you would need to find a buyer, but if it's operational someone is always looking for the big tools at the right price, Lots of flip potential. Of course you have to buy it right.
I'm nowhere big enough anymore to use any of it, but a lot of newb users want to get bigger. Back when I would be planning where I was gonna stay. :-)
