The birds need a store too ,they come to our fountain all day and I thought this would make their day .
This little birdhouse is for one of my buddy’s to hang in his garden .
Made from pine and painted brown and tried to make the sign look like a neon sign so the birds can see it after dark . The house is glued together with waterproof glue and clamped and no metal fasteners where used .

Nice one Klaus. The neon light effect is very good and ….. I think you have invented treadplate. :-)
This has a very Bavarian feel to it.

The early bird gets the worm but its the second mouse that gets the cheese.

This is made from scraps that I had from playing with a diamond pattern but I guess it could be called tread plate or fish plate .
The Bavarian look came about from the beer we had on the weekend but it turned out well anyway .
