re: Intro / Roughing the handle

Thanks. Getting better every day, but it’ll be Thanksgiving before all the lifting restrictions are gone, so I’m probably going to be bugging my neighbors some. With the 10# liftu restriction I currently have, I can’t even really clean up the shop very well, as some of the wood I got this spring (chunks of apricot and chokecherry) are too heavy for me to move and stack.

But yeah, part of the idea with this design is the ability to shape the handle late. Even after I drawbore the pieces together, I will still need to do a bit of shaping.
