Great writeup Rob!  I just finally got a chance to read all the way through.  Lots of good tips 😎 That horizontal boring machine was just what the doctor ordered.  Nice to have stuff like that on hand when the need arises!  And my next project will be my first foray into veneering so I appreciate the write up on your process there too!
