re: Milescraft 1210 small circle compass "router jig"

For the small circles (like wheels), I'd invest in a quality hole saw. You get the perfectly centered axle hole and a nice surface for the outer diameter (with a good cutter).
I think using a router trammel on something < 6" is pressing ones luck unless there is a sure way to secure the cutout.
