re: Mini Lathe Stand

Tim, I wanted the bed extension because I was doing french rolling pins at only 14", the limit of my original Jet Mini, and making new tool handles for gouges, again at 15", stretching it to the limit. I also found I could not do much in the way of drilling on the lathe, once I’d put a drill chuck in the tailstock. For pepper mills, I needed a bit extender, and couldn’t use it on the lathe.
I’m sure I’ll be using it quite a bit!
