Nice job Barb. Something so simple as a lamination adds so much to the depth, feel, and look of small parts. You have taken that thought and run with it. Nice work. I'm sure they will be well received.

In the past I had always made sleds as needed, but I always made them. I happened to be at an auction a few years ago, where I bought a Rockler, Dubby, and Incra sled, all new in the box. I have to say that all 3 of them would serve you well enough if you didn't want to roll your own. In general I've found the Rockler made jigs, and set ups to be quite accurate out of the box, so I imagine that small sled does work well. 

If I had a beef it would be that the pre-made sleds all just use a single bar to guide them, and I call that a miter gauge. I always put dual runners on my sleds, and I feel that alone takes out side to side slop, or it should if properly placed.
