First I gotta say that is an odd place for an electrical panel (or your daughter has an impressive laundry room!)
The drawer slide solution is genius!
I have a similar issue with my panel as it is in a space that really could use some light duty shelving.
The ability to re-arrange the items makes it a great way to evolve through the years.
