IP rights is a fairly tricky area though - Does anyone know how many (if any) of these accusations have held water?
Basically, the site itself is legit, similar to eBay or Amazon marketplace, but don't expect to get any brand name stuff.
If you are after cheap stuff, it's probably a useful site - although quality seems to vary a fair bit.
