Looks like a perfect job for a panel master like yourself! Can't think you are looking forward to moving large objects up 11 floors (narrow staircase I assume?) 🙂
I built one of those for the spare bedroom. At about 10'x11' it was a tight fit, just wish I had added one of those attached fold up desks I first saw about 1 week after finishing.
